The price you see is the price you pay – there are no hidden extras

We prefer payment by cheque or bank transfer to avoid high paypal fees. We in-turn pass this saving onto you in the form of FREE delivery for customers paying by UK cheque or bank transfer only.

For this auction we will ship to UK customers ONLY.

We will only ship items to the registered Billing Address held by EBay or PayPal. Please contact us if you have any queries.

Delivery is charged at £20 which is representative of the fully insured and guaranteed service provided by Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day by 1pm).

We will aim to have your order with you within 1 working days of receipt of cleared payment.

Goods will only be dispatched upon payment of cleared funds.

All products are new and packaged accordingly. The outer box seal may be broken if we have checked the item prior to dispatch, to cover ourselves for postage insurance.

Feedback

We will submit feedback once we have received feedback from a customer in the first instance. In cases where winning bidders fail to pay for their items, we will initiate eBay's "Unpaid Item Process" process.

Warranty

All products are new and provided with a 24 months warranty commencing from the date of payment being received by us. The warranty is provided by Dell UK and therefore any decisions made are at their discretion. The warranty is stated as an onsite exchange service.

All Warranty claims should be checked with ourselves prior to contacting Dell, to allow us to provide order information.

Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 3 days of receipt. You will be refunded in full for the product you return (minus delivery) as long as we receive it within 5 working days of your delivery and it is in the same condition, complete with all accessories and packaging, as originally supplied. This means in the case of Dell Laptops that the projective packaging / stickers are still in place, and that the license on start up has not been accepted.

The refund will be applied via the original payment method used to pay for the order. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your account. If you do wish to return a product, all customers must send an e-mail (stating item number, and buyer user ID) to us where full instructions for collection/return/refund will be provided. We will only cover return / collection of faulty product.
